Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, convenient location. The room had a nice decor and was kept clean throughout our stay. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, responding promptly to our questions and even allowing us a late check-out and storage for our luggage. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to Paddington station, Kensington palace, Hyde Park, and the metro system.
